
There is something that changes when you realize you are not the only one going through it. Our peer-led group sessions bring together individuals who share similar experiences in a safe, confidential environment where honest conversation is not just welcome, it is the whole point. Groups are facilitated by certified peer supporters who keep the space grounded and productive while making sure every voice is heard.
Sessions focus on building coping strategies, sharing what has worked and what has not, and finding encouragement from people who understand without needing a long explanation. Groups are available for individuals working through mental health challenges, substance use recovery, and both at the same time. You do not have to have everything figured out to walk through the door, you just have to be willing to show up.
