Young people face their own set of challenges around mental health and substance use, and they deserve support from someone who actually knows how to connect with them. Our dedicated youth mentors work with young people to build self-esteem, develop resilience, and strengthen the decision-making skills that will carry them forward. These are not classroom lectures or clinical evaluations. They are real, consistent relationships with mentors who draw on their own lived experience to meet young people exactly where they are.
Sessions are tailored to each individual and focus on what that young person actually needs, whether it is navigating peer pressure, managing anxiety, processing family challenges, or just having a trusted adult in their corner who is not a parent or a teacher.
You do not need to have the right words or the full picture. Just tell us a little about what you are going through and how you would like us to reach you, and a certified peer supporter will be in touch.
